Yoga An Ancient Practice for a Modern Time

Growing evidence and research supports yoga as having a positive influence on stress management and other aspects of modern life. Yoga is an ancient practise of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. A list of positive effects includes improvements in mood, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, and reductions in conditions such as depression, insomnia, and anxiety1,2.
