Helpful Hint

A simple but effetive way to fight disease is to wash your hands often and correctly. A few examples of when to wash your hands include after using the toilet, touching your pet and handling garbage; during all stages of preparing food and eating; and before emptying the dishwasher. Hand washing is an easy and traditional method to fight disease, but it only works if you do it.
