• Co-managed the fastest early production system in the history of a major international petroleum company which earned him the corporation's highest personal award.
  
  
• Successfully facilitated sale/divestiture of two petroleum assets in Indonesia in 2004.
  
  
• Managed multiple decision analysis studies throughout his career that have lead to significant increases in a company's portfolio value. One key study, which became a benchmark, resulted in a design modification that increased net present value from USD 90+/- million to USD 222+/- million.
  
  
• Managed an engineering and operations team that solved design flaws of complex 18-month-old oil field facilities. His team then modified facilities and operations to improve portfolio value by USD 25+/- million.
  
  
• Developed Excel software applications to meet local business needs. One particular application earned him the corporation's second highest personal award.
  
  
• Recognized cool-headed manager in times of crisis. As manager of a large emergency response team and organization, he successfully managed the killing of an out of control steam blow-out well that saved a workover rig and USD 5+/- million in surface facilities. Following 11/Sep/01 events, he was designated in case of emergency the Expatriate Camp Evacuation Commander. He developed evacuation plans and prepared the local expatriate community in case the need for evacuation arose.
