TARA is an international consulting company with two major branches. The first branch, lead by
Dr. Theresa M. Craig, specializes in the fields of Life Science, Medicine, and Agriculture. The second branch, lead by Clifton C Hefner, specializes in field of Petroleum Engineering & Petroleum Asset Management. TARA offers experts that provide technical and management support, and that facilitate medical and agricultural research. Life Science

To contribute to the understanding of technical issues in Life Science:

• Explain technical information in an understandable way for the general public
• Research and analyse the world’s scientific literature to best answer a specific question
• Communicate relevant Life Science information in the media format required (i.e., such as seminars, lectures and articles) through the use of television, radio, internet, and print.

Medicine

To facilitate surgeons and hospitals in their research needs for their specific area of expertise:

• Facilitate the development of experimental model for question of concern
• Write experimental protocol to meet special research needs required
• Conduct experimental protocol data collection
• Analyse data through appropriate statistical models
• Write abstracts, paper and presentation on results
• Provide guidance in proper presentation technique
• Prepare presentations for and present on behalf of client.

Animal Agriculture

To use science and economic expertise to optimise business potential:

• Provide nutritional technical assistance across species
• Assist in production management. Bring technical expertise to the practical environment
• Conduct performance analysis of business
• Prepare and present seminars, workshops and lectures to train staff and clients
• Evaluate potential assets for purchase
• Conduct economic and decision risk analysis studies.

Petroleum Engineering & Petroleum Asset Management

To provide technical and management support to the petroleum industry to maximize value:

• Evaluate oil and/or gas field appraisal activities, and perform concept and development design optimisation in both onshore and offshore locations
• Perform economic evaluation, decision analysis, and strategic planning
• Review and optimise oil and gas field production activities
• Perform general petroleum engineering including, but not limited to, well completion designs, well test design and analysis, basic reservoir engineering, and reserve estimating
• Conduct capital and operating cost reviews and optimisation
• Manage non-operated oil and gas joint venture(s)
• Develop relationships and communicate with joint venture participants, government representatives, local/indigenous individuals, and other interested parties
• Review and advise project management organization and activities
• Prepare presentations for clients, management, executives, joint venture participants, government organizations, local/indigenous individuals, and other interested parties. Present on behalf of client.
